A SICK DAY IN BED

Unfortunately, I've caught the flu. I should have went for a flu shot at the beginning of winter, as per my mom's insistence, but I'm stubborn. Alas, here I am, sick in bed for the next couple days. Instead of sitting around doing nothing, which is basically what I've been doing, I thought I'd share some of my sick-time essentials with you.

I don't know about you all, but waking up in the morning is a struggle, especially on the weekdays when I'm forced to wake up at 7:30 for work. However, grabbing my phone, which I use as an alarm, off my adorable bedside table makes it a little more bearable. I'm a firm believer in surrounding yourself with beauty, whether cheap or expensive, and that's why I wanted to share my bedside table with you and give you a few tips for cute, cheap decor.

FUJIFILM INSTAX MINI 8 REVIEW

I've been dying for an instant camera for ages and I finally decided to bite the bullet and purchase the Fujifilm Instax Mini 8. I feel ridiculously nostalgic when using this beauty and I definitely get flashbacks to using a Polaroid instant camera when I was a kid in the 90s (why did my family ever get rid of that thing??). I've been using my new camera here and there and I wanted to share my opinions on this!

BATH & BODY WORKS CANDLE HAUL

My candle obsession is very real. I try to avoid buying candles, because I have so many, but I'm Bath & Body Works is having a sale on 3-wick candles (2 for $22) and it was an amazing value, because it's essentially buy one, get one free. Bath & Body Works sells some of my all-time favorite candles so I had to pick up a couple. The sale is only happening for a limited time, so pick up some candles while you can!
